I chose this cafe when I was home in Australia planning this trip. We drove today from Memphis, Tennessee to New Orleans and I wanted to stop off in Jackson, Mississippi to have lunch at George’s Cafe. Well, I was certainly not disappointed!! Amazing place! The owner is incredible, very chill vibe, amazing food. It’s like a grab-n-go place with lots of options! Selection is Fresh and New everyday! Coffee, smoothies, Fruit bowls, Sandwiches, even rice bowls. Free WiFi. Convenient location as well!
We really enjoyed the fried chicken,green beans, & rice & gravy. My son liked the chocolate pie & I got the lemon meringe. Service was top notch & the food was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
