Captain D's is good on highway 80 in Jackson Mississippi. You never see anybody there but their service is good and their food is okay.Parking: It has about a 16 car parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: It does have a have a wheelchair ramp.
The facility was empty only one customer dining in eating his food. No toilet tissue in either restroom and not that clean. When my mom asked for tissue the young lady had an attitude as if she didn't want to comply. Finally, she did but walked extremely slow to bring it. Customer service was not good. The food was well prepared and presented; however, I was not given a napkin or utensil--and I had coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted old/expired. I also had to keep repeating my order as the young lady was not listening and kept getting my ONE side order wrong. ?
