I paid for extra cheese on my pizza and the it didn't come with the extra cheese and the toppings were scarce. I have used them in the past and had a great experience but not this time

Seriously, who invented the $20 bill rule? As if it wasn’t bad enough to greet me at the window with a sour & annoyed facial expression, I am told that for an order of exactly $25.00, a $50 bill just won’t do. Is the policy so strict, that you can’t even ask your manager if any exceptions can be made? I’m getting half-hearted service gradually more and more at this location; do I even want to find out why?
