Kudos to our hostess who also had to wait on us, clean our table, and managed to keep a smile and friendly demeanor. The restaurant, however, was dirty and understaffed. One would think a place specializing in breakfast would have a great handle on how to cook eggs to order. The "over-easy" I ordered came out severely overcooked (brown "whites" and solid yolks). Customer service, not very great.. food was bad, paid too much for not even the full order that I got. Store wasn't clean, there was trash all over the floor. Also too much bickering and yelling from the next shift that came in. Will not come back to this location, not worth it.
I am writing this post in hopes someone in a corporate office will read it. My husband and I visited this Ihop after traveling all day and since it was within walking distance of our hotel, we thought we would give it a try. It was 5:45 when we approached the front entrance and could not tell if it was open or not as it was so dark. No front lights were on and upon entering the building we noticed it was 100% empty.
