Needs to work on recognizing customers at drive thru or what/ how to speak to customer letting them know someone is there at drive thru speaker. Can't expect customers to Assume or mind read employees working drive thru.
Wanted some KFC chicken so we stopped in Jackson Mississippi. The young lady at the counter was friendly and they got our orders quickly and correctly. The big thing I noticed was the store needed a good cleaning from top to bottom.
