I ordered two plates of fried catfsh and one fried butterfly shrimp both with fries. The shrimp was a nice size and the catfish was filet and they were good porced too. The fries were hot out the grease. The line was long but it was a Friday night. Called my order in so it was ready when we pulled up and still hot.
Got this for nostalgic reasons during a trip home to Jackson. The fish and shrimp tasted just as I remembered. I love the batter! The fried rice left something to be desired. They’re definitely covid safe - the woman at the window was very wrapped up - gown, gloves and double mask and visor when I picked up my order.

It's been about 8 or 9 years since I've been back in the Jackson area and Kim's still taste as great as I remember. Just something about the fried pan trout. I don't think they need to worry about closing any time soon.
