Lou's is what the Jackson dining scene needed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and exudes a cozy and welcoming vibe. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend the brisket toast, crawfish grits, and s'mores cheesecake. The smoky brisket was generously heaped onto perfectly toasted bread. We dined in during lunch, and it wasn't very busy but the speed of service reflected that they were jammed packed. My friend also ordered a cocktail and it took forever for it to get to our table. I hope our next visit is better.
