Updated review: I just went back today and I went to get some of the roasted Garlic and Parmesan cheese it was no longer there. I was so disappointed because this is one of my favorite things about newks.I’m glad that they Finally brought back the Royal sandwich. It is one of my favorites along with the newk’s Q sandwhich. Whenever I get the Royal sandwich I always ask them to put honey mustard on it instead of creol mustard it’s good either way but i love their honey mustard....read full review

Every person I interacted with was so kind, but the woman taking my order was amazing! I didn’t catch her name, but she and I briefly spoke about Taylor Swift and it brightened my whole evening! Excellent customer service across the board! The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean as well!

We like Newk's and go frequently. Given the circumstances of labor difficulties, we get that management has to choose what goes undone. That said, here is what is undone here, trip hazard from broken stair railing in parking lot, booth is broken with bare metal where the booth fits and a lot of filth between the sections. Condiment station was out of items. This has been weeks between visits that we noticed these problems.
