Food was good but they were selling drinks without ice and they told me they have been with out ice for four days. I had hoped the drink would be cool but they were room temperature.Also the drink fountain is located behind the cashier counter so you will have to pass your cup to the cashier so this is not sanitary.I visited this restaurant years ago and it's not the same.This Captain D is not like those in Tennessee. Now i know why we were the only customers there.

I have been eating here for a long time probably since it opened. It’s always been good. I can think of only one time that I had a problem and that was several years ago and it wasn’t about the food itself. My husband and I went for lunch one day this week as I was wanting some of their fish. I love it with lots of the vinegar sauce. Upon entering the restaurant, it was noticeably very clean. The food is fresh and hot. The staff is friendly, and fast getting your order completed. I go out of my way to come to the Captain D's in Laurel Ms. because they are on the ball. even with a line around the restaurant for the drive thru, they get it done quick and knock it right out! Great job! i am always impressed with this restaurant! clean, courteous, fast, efficient and the food is so delicious! A++++
