Got there right before they closed for lunch so the food on the buffet was cold and not good. I was very disappointed but then when I got the bill I was ticked. There were only 3 of us and I've never had mandatory gratuity except for with a party of 6. They have signs at the front desk but the colors and print do not stand out so I didn't notice it until the host pointed it out when I was leaving. It's on the front door, but the door was held open for me when I walked inside....read full review
Went to Ichiban for the first time while visiting relatives in Madison, MS. It was very enjoyable. My family had the full hibachi experience and I decided to take in the buffet. the food was very good although the temperature on the soup in the buffet was too low. Would definitely go again.

No idea why Google has this review from Oct 202 posted for Walmart...Sadly forgot to take photos, but had such a great time watching the Chef doing his tricks!We had a separate group at the other side of the station so his show was split and we got to enjoy it more.
