Not much atmosphere at this truck stop, but when you just want a meal, that's not a top priority. The breakfast we had was excellent -- good old down home food, nothing fancy, but just good. I write this 8 hours later and I'm still not hungry. The French Toast was among the best I have ever had, and the eggs were cooked perfectly! "Lou" or Luanna, was on duty, and she treated us like we were guests in her home. She was delightful and a real asset to the restaurant.
This used to be my only stop on my trips to TN but since covid, it is really hard to find it open for business. The food used to be so very good. Now I just stop and gas up and skip the restaurant because it is always dead there.

The food was delicious! It looked exactly how they displayed it on the menu, and it tasted even better. The service was amazing as well, the lady at the counter was so sweet and all the food and drinks came out very quickly, which is super helpful on road trips. The restaurant isn't super crowded as well so it was pretty peaceful. Everything was very comfortable and it kind of feels straight out of a movie!
