The service was substandard . Missed mark on every single thing you associate service with. It took almost an hour to get 3 meal deals . Without any update from the assist Mgr who was manning the window. She forgot our drinks n when we dis get them they were wrong. And to offset any shortcomings on there part we were not even offered a discount to return as a matter of fact she never apologized for the inconvenience and never once told us thank you or come again.
First it’s a Krystals in Meridian, MS so don’t expect wonders. Although it’s only been open 1-2 years so it should be better too. Lobby is seemingly always closed. Yesterday around 5pm had a handwritten sign on the door reading “lobby closed for renovations.” Again only been open a year or two tops but already renovating lobby? Wish the inside renovations weren't happening the one time I'm traveling through Meridian, other than that no complaints ? excellent service and food quality ?Parking: New construction has the entrance busy with overflow from adjacent strip mall, so that's a bummer.
