It seemed to me that trëue Mgr has a strong tendency for micro managing the lower staff when the job they were doing was wonderful especially considering the elderly age of the employee. This must've been most degrading for her especially nitpicking her while in front of customers. It was upsetting to see this!
I am so happy with the Magee, MS franchise. Our food was good and hot, and french fries were good and crispy with just enough salt. All sandwiches were made in a neat fashion and NOT thrown sloppily together like some of the other McDonald's franchises do. I do have a request, though. Either purchase brand new shake machines or fix the ones that you already have set up in the restaurant. Seems as though every McDonald's I frequent, 90% of the time the shake machines aren't working...read full review

Employees were nice but no one bothered to tell us they had no ketchup!Spent $50 and had to go inside to ask for ketchup only to be told they were out. Would have been nice to know before I ordered!!
