Very Bad Customer Services, My mostly recent visit was horrible. The employees an manager had no food to serve, on top of that I actually had an fighting incident with the employees. The manager took no authority over her shift, due to fact they we're all related. Just SAD
I have only 2 complaints. First, we were given the wrong order at the window. We always check before leaving. It was brought to the employees attention and we were given the correct order. Secondly, since the dine in area is not open how are customers who may have an issue with their order support to get it resolved? Please update the signage. The door says the lobby closes at 8:30. When my husband and I started to come in and eat, an employee met us at the door and told us the lobby closes at 7:30. There was nothing that indicated this on the door. What about posting help wanted if more help is needed?
