Thank you so much to the manager of the Ocean Springs location, Latisha, for such excellent service. We traveled from Florida for high school soccer & she was a fantastic help in coordinating our food for delivery. She was flexible with several change requests and so friendly and understanding. I highly recommend working with her for all your Papa John’s needs.
Not a huge fan of Papa John’s and I only get it when my family wants it or someone else orders it for a special occasion. This location has great service and the food is always freshly made. The one downside is the wait times are long!

The food is decent. The guys here are pretty good with their customer service skills. The red head little girl always lacks customer service skills and seems to never really want to be there. I suppose when I order from here I'll need to do it during school hours. I didn't want to leave a review like this the first time, so I waited til the 3rd time. Poor customer service skills on her part, but the rest of the crew has always been rather nice.
