Edit: The D.M. called and refunded my money. He said that he is working with the crew to get them to take the mobile orders more seriously. I ordered 2 footlongs, pizza for my self and coworkers. I made the order on-line because we only have 30 mins for lunch break(saves time). Both of the sandwiches were made wrong and not how I initially placed the order. Those sandwiches were thrown together and looked like a 3rd grader prepared them. When I called back to the store a lady answered the phone and had a nasty attitude and then told me she couldn't find my ticket number in system and I had just left the store!! So...read full review
