I've never been in Jimmy Johns on West Jackson in Oxford when it was too busy to place an order for carry out but apparently today it was too much for Nicholas and his staff of 4. We were told we should consider calling in an order of that size. So much for "freaky fast!"
I love Love LOVE Jimmy Johns and the customer service. No one is perfect but they are great with fixing their mistake. I order either the unwhich Turkey Tom or the Turkey Tom on a Italian bread. The workers always greet their customers and always welcoming them back. They are awesome. Thanks Jimmy John's Team.
