Needs new staff!!!!!Pascagoula us-90 store#1596First of all when I pull up people in the parking lot smoking weed that should have been a sign but my wife wanted a strawberry milkshake but it was running like it was a race I give it back they tell me I can’t get a refund,so they offered a frappe. We ordered through the App. All the doors were locked. Several employees inside. Not sure why the doors were locked at 9:45 am. They didn't have the breakfast burrito either. Unfriendly service

Every time I come to this McDonald's the lobby is locked. The employees are rude. I've seen them doing each other's hair, pore tea back into the large container, and so many other violations.
