Pizza was cold hard and underbaked. Staff we talking about Mardi Gras’s and fat missing Fat Tuesday, usher and JSU at the Super Bowl, and we never greeted us. This is not normal for this location. What happened
Literacy is not an employee requirement at this location. Every single time I’ve been to this location (around 6 times) in the last 4 months, my order has been completely wrong. The bad service mixed with gaslighting from employees is crazy. 0/10

The guy working the evening of 2/15/23 was rude. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years and this guy was not it. This use to be my favorite place but it’s obvious Management does not care if their employees are rude to customers or not. I’ve complained so many times and get hanged up on. I would most definitely not recommend to go to this place. It’s gross and the employees simply do not care about anything.
