This Popeyes has very good service, the food is always fresh, and the restaurant's atmosphere is good. The only thing keeping this bad boy from getting five stars is that it is a challenge to get in and out of at lunchtime (County Line Road traffic).
We came here after leaving another location in the hopes of a better outcome. Welllll here goes. When we finally made it to the call box I asked the cashier if they had spicy chicken and she said "yes breast and thighs." After a second of thought we decided to give it a try. Not too good of a move. I ordered a 2 piece combo with Cajun rice and the hubs ordered a 4 piece with fries and an apple pie. The food is was good but the customer service has been bad for a while. I feel good customer service starts with a greeting and a smile. They tell you how much it costs, take your cash or card, give your bag and send you on your way.
