Pulled in to the line at 6 to order and finally left at 6:40 pm. When you pull in to order, the drive-thru is surrounded by a concrete berm so once you are in the drive-thru line, you cannot change your mind and leave the line. I pulled in and there were probably about four cars in front of me, no big deal because I figured it would be fast. It was not fast at all. All. All the staff at Dixie Queen Southaven,MS off of Church rd. are Friendly, Happy and Outgoing. They seem to love their job and enjoy being there. Which is always a Great experience to customers.The Cook cooks some of the best burgers there is and all members of the staff seem to be filled with Joy and they are Very Welcoming and Helpful when you walk through the door. Drive thru mic is terrible. On top of that my order was wrong. Ordered 20 wings and tea. I got 10 wings. Ok, understandable maybe they misheard me. But the girl at the window had two cups and looked at them back and forth and just said, "I don't know" and gave one to me. It was soda. If you don't know, just pour another one. Will be tough to go back.
