We walked in and the place stinks. I should have left at that point. It smells like an old building with mold issues. Never been to a Krystal's before but wanted to give it a try. Waiting on our food the first point is their commitment to a spotless facility which I found funny given the smell and loose broken tiles right where you order. The buns were soggy. If you visit the one on poplar avenue across from east high school be prepared to be disappointed. They are frequently out of items and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Other area locations seem to be better.

Usually pretty good and my boyfriend and I love the little chicken sandwiches but I ate the chili cheese tots and they made me super sick - like laying on the bathroom floor because you know when you get up you’re gonna have to throw up again sick.
