Cheese fries were underdone and I couldn't finish them just yucky. The turkey burger does not appear to be fried on a griddle but possibly heated up or baked like bleh. I'm done eating here.
The BBQ at Tops is unremarkable at best, but the burgers are amazing. Skip the BBQ and order a double cheeseburger with bacon. That's the way to go. Best burger I've had in the Memphis/North Mississippi area.

As always, the food was absolutely delicious.The service was horrendous!!I placed an order online and went 30 minutes later to pick it up and waited another 30 minutes before it was ready. I get home (20 minutes away) and there was no sauce for the 24 sandwich pack I bought.I called and was asked to hold. In the meantime, my sister went back to the store (20 minutes away) to get the sauce. She went there and back and noone ever came to the phone. I literally held for 45 minutes....read full review
