The staff seemed friendly and attentive, that’s the only nice thing about this place. At first glance the room is nice but after being in it for 5 minutes I realized it hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. There’s debris all over the bathroom floor, the carpet in the room also hadn’t been vacuumed. The toilet paper holder and the shower faucet handle are dangling on for dear life. We will not stay here again because I feel gross just being in this room.
I was going to say this place needs some major updates with the rust in the bathtub, the angled toilet holder, the non-powering USB power ports, the non-lighting desk light, and the non-continuously cold refrigerator (I had to keep pressing the 2-hr cool button inside the fridge); but I heard through the grapevine that a major upgrade is coming so minor repairs are on hold. The WiFi in this room had a weak connection with slow speeds.That still doesn't excuse the room's 3/5 cleanliness...read full review

What is going on with the lack of warm shower water?? I stay here twice a month and for at least the last 3 months not even luke warm water for the shower! Mgmt, can we please fix this. If not, I will be staying elsewhere.
