“We were there on Sunday around 12 for brunch. Although it was written that brunch is served until 1:30, upon arrival we were being informed that they serve the brunch until 11/ 11:30!! So we had the choice from ‘lunch menu’. I got a plate of hamburger steak. They had a few options from the sides - I got myself some turnip greens and sweet potato casserole. The hamburger steak was pretty decent, and the green erre usual. Sweet potato casserole was pretty ordinary, and the corn bread muffin was perfectly baked and nice. The coffee they serve was basic, and they keep refilling. Overall a nice place, although the service was very slow. The place was quite crowded too. Overall, a decent place for Sunday brunch.“
“I'm a resident of Utah but my 73 year old mom lives in Starkville. We (my wife and I) ordered food from Moe's via Door Dash for her... as I'm leaving this review she's still on speaker phone making noises that I've only heard from (the late great) Anthony Bourdain while tasting food in Sweden. She's thanked my wife, myself, Moes BBQ, and God! Damn my mouth is watering just listening to her satisfactory appraisal.Thank you Moe's BBQ, all the way from Utah. You forever have our business!Below is a picture of my wife and I...“
“Overall the foods were really good. ?My GB Shrimp & Grits tasted good. It could've been better if it was served warm, but the dish I got was at room temp. ? My husband's GB Smothered Chicken was amazing!! Chicken and mashed potatoes was perfect but grilled corns were mushy. When we went in for dinner at 6:30, the restaurant was fairly empty so service was prompt and the server checked on us regularly. Atmosphere was good.“
