Restaurant Tyler has the best food and excellent service. Wish they were open everyday and not only Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. So we'll take what we get and it's all good.

We had a party of 13 this weekend at Restaurant Tyler and it went well. The highlights were the okra appetizer and the fresh fish of the day which was red snapper pan seared or blackened. We chose the pan seared. My son got the duck burger which we found the meat to be delicious but certainly didn't need a bun, was great as a stand-alone patty with the seasonings. Nice spot to eat and chill. A decent enough atmosphere. Not too classy, but I'd give it a high casual mark. The food is good. Southern fair, a little Cajun to boot. I'm down with the BBQ okra apps. Shrimp and grits are delicious as. it's the usual entree I eat when I go. I have enjoyed the Delta Catfish. It's a treat as well.If you're in the area, it's worth a visit or two. You won't be disappointed.
