The chick fil a standard is maintained. However the app just never lets me preorder through the drive through, and I don't usually get a receipt, so I can't add it to my app.
We were coming home from a trip to Florida, and stopped in around 7 hours into our 18 hour trip home. I ordered ahead on the app and picked up curbside, but just as we were finishing up running to the restroom, a gentleman came out with our food. I did not get his name, and I wish I would’ve. (I think he may have been a manager with how he was dressed) He stayed and visited for a few minutes, talking and joking with my kids, and I told him we still had about 10 hours left...read full review

Every time I come here, the parking lot is full and for good reason. Excellent food. Friendly and warm employees with good attitudes. I appreciate that an employee complemented my glasses and struck up a conversation with me while on his lunch break.
