The owners and their children manage and operate the business as a family food establishment. You will get their old fashion potato salad, great sandwiches and much more. Expecting a well-done sirloin steak plate, I was surprised to find a sirloin steak sandwich in my order instead. Although not what I initially wanted, I was willing to give it a try and also got a cup of rice and mashed potatoes on the side. The sandwich, unfortunately, didn’t meet my well-done cooking preference. However, the sides were a highlight, especially the rice, which was exceptionally good. I ended up finishing the cooking of the steak at home, and it was delicious. “Was in McAllister's on Friday. Food was good and workers were all very nice. Manager Ron was very rude to his workers, which I didn't like. He would scream out at them even though they were all doing their best. I understand he wanted the food gotten out, but there was no call for his rudeness.“

“Wife and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and just chicken salad we also ordered the grape salad. The grape salad picture I've see on here didn't match my order. Sad it didn't but it was good. The croissant was a good choice as bread. I forgot to give a picture of our order but I have a receipt. I can share that but maybe not. I didn't know of this place. I don't eat at many food places. I'll eat there again. Gates wants to create fake chicken meat. I Will not eat that kind of meat. They use real chicken they said. Don't eat McDonald's or Wendy or taco bell no sonic or Jack's, burger king no good either. I feel eating here is healthier than those places. Maybe one day I can sit here and share a meal together with anyone willing to eat here. Do you worry about human DNA in your food too???“
