I'm addicted eat there once a week or close to it. Don't even consider flour tortillas unless you can't handle the corn because of digestive issues. The corn tortillas make the tacos taste better and medium sauce is probably as hot as you want to go. I recommend Carne asada on corn trust me they are amazing.

What a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH this place is. These could be the best Al Pastor Tacos I’ve ever eaten and the Green Sauce is for sure the best I’ve ever had. It all started with Jose at the window and how friendly and helpful he was. I ordered 3 Al Pastor and 3 Shrimp tacos on corn tortillas. New to Tupelo and was waiting to try this food truck. Didn’t disappoint. I had a carnitas torta. It was different than other tortas I’ve had before but still very good. Fresh ingredients and quick. I went early on a Saturday and there was no wait.I meant to take a picture but it smelled so good I ate my torta before remembering to take a picture. Will definitely return.
