Took 10 minutes for anyone to get to the speaker to take our order. When they did, people could be heard laughing in the background. Parked us for our food for well over 15 minutes. Yet, our food was still delivered to us cold?? We were the only ones in the drive thru. The food was good otherwise. I stopped in for fries long before the noon hour rush. The restaurant was empty and I was the only car in the drive through. It had no fries ready. Ok, that's not an issue. But then, even though there was absolutely noon else there, they wanted me to drive down the road to 27th Street to wait for someone to bring me my fries. I was disappointed. This policy results in poor service. I left and picked up food at another restaurant.

Came in to grab a couple burgers and was helped quickly. Restaurant was really dirty behind the counter, piles of swept up debris and dirt that were just left there for people to walk through and redistribute. Burgers were cold, no napkins, stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to ask them if I could have a napkin. Eventually just left.
