Was rushed trying to place an order at the drive through got a snarky attitude when one item was ordered and so on, Waited a long time for the food then our order wasn’t even our order, didn’t get the 4 drinks we ordered. Had to wait again for the order we made and had attitude from the person taking our order and the person bringing the food to us. For the love of God, can someone from corporate put a proverbial bullet in this place. It needs to be closed so it can stop pretending it's a restaurant. I need therapy every time I go in and end up leaving in a fit of rage. Similar to insanity, I keep thinking maybe this time it'll be better. But it never is.

I was honestly appalled by the customer service and food we received we ordered two melts and before I even unwrapped them I could tell that they were cold and we're going to be what we wanted the bun and Patty weren't even warm enough so the cheese wasn't melted at all on one I ordered extra mushrooms and light sauteed onions to receive no mushrooms on one ketchup and a ton of sauteed onions honestly just appalled I can't even understand how you can mess up a food order that...read full review
