We were here yesterday. Kudos to the young ones serving. They were customer oriented, friendly and helpful to the best of their knowledge. They should’ve had a lead person assisting. Tried to order by phone for a take out order while I was driving; don't do it! The call center is somewhere outside of the state. My pick up was going to be at the Grand Avenue location as I stated. The operator asked, "Billings?" and then asked, "is that in Montana?" I placed the order and then was informed that payment via credit card was required and I could not wait and pay at Cafe Rio. Food is always great. People are always polite and pleasant. One thing I would improve is when wiping the line with a sanitizer towel should change gloves after. The tortilla person wiped the line but failed to change gloves and then continued to serve food with the same gloves that were used to clean. Also the cashier Heather was awesome.
