I would do 5 stars but I went in the evening around 8 pm I had my kids with me and I had cash only and not one employee even acknowledged me I had several people come in after me and were able to get cookies ordered because they were paying with card. It wasn't until my husband came in 10 minutes later to ask what was going on did an employee stop mixing batter to take my order and when she took my order she did it as if she really didn't want to.
