First things first, the manager at this location, Stacy, is absolutely top notch. I have been to this location many times and have never been let down. Today, I called with a concern, that Stacy dealt with, with Grace, and made my problem go away within moments after dialing. Of course Jimmy John's is great, but if you want to go to one of the best Jimmy John's with good management and good employees, this is the one you want to go to.

Great staff, had our sandwiches made by the time we were done paying! The tuna was stuffed to the brim. Also, all of the employees were wearing masks, which we did not witness a lot in Billings.

We have never had Jimmy John's before and we are so happy that we found this Sub Sandwich place. We shared the 16inch Vito Sub and I have to say, I've never enjoyed a sub sandwich so much before. The ratio of bread, meat, veggies, cheese, and sauce was perfect. Tasted so good. Bread was fresh.It was nice that you can ask them to cut the sub in more than 2 pieces. There are also free options to add to the sub such as hot peppers & cucumbers. Service at this location was outstanding!...read full review
