Ok, ok. I would not normally rate a fast food chain, but this McDonald's was great. Great service. On par for food. And man, they had the best music on! The staff was friendly and the place was super clean. Maybe the stars aligned, but it was a great experience for me and my 3 young children.
It's a McDonald's....this location should look at automation. Very slow service. Robots do not need breaks, holidays or time off. With the correct programming the order could be nearly flawless. It will only be a matter of time before McDonald's follows Wal-Mart's footsteps and begins phasing out expensive employees, and transitions to a proportionally larger, robotic work force. I guess people should have looked to the future before complaining about the job they had.....

This is the best McDonald's in Billings. The food is always delicious! We travel here from Shepherd to get our Big Macs. You can tell the grill is clean and the food is fresh. The workers are so friendly, you can feel a positive atmosphere! You guys rock!!
