Went through the drive through this evening . Saw a picture of what I thought was a salad bowl. Asked the girl on the other end what was in a chicken Baja bowl. She repeated very fast. I said oh. It sounded weird. I told her I wanted a pick 2 with a pepperoni flatbread and a Mac n cheese. And a lemonade no ice. I get home and this was what was in there instead. Ordering staff were not helpful or patient. Delivery staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Would probably order takeout or delivery from now on as ordering in person is not worth it.

The Billings Panera is awesome. They have friendly staff, good food. The customer service is amazing and the proces are reasonable. I wish they offered a few more smoothie options but their food is fresh, tasty and well portioned. The management here do an excellent job running this location.Great job, only positive things to say about my experiences here.
