After the order was rang up wrong, I spoke with the manager because the worker at the counter said "I didn't ring it up" despite him actually helping the guy who did ring it up. The manager was great though. Fixed the order and was really nice about it. Mistakes happen no biggie. After waiting patiently to get the food I said thank you and went home. I would just like to point out before everyone gets all bent out of shape about long wait times and confusion bear in mind there is a massive lack of people wanting to work. EVERY STORE in billings is short staffed, the popeyes in question has 9 employees for the entire store. Holiday on grand and shilo has 5 for the whole store, so all I'm saying is make sure you have all the info before blasting a store or person online.

I always order my tenders spicy and I think I've only ever received them spicy twice! I'd understand if it just happened once but the fact I just expect it now is kinda sad..
