This place is amazing!!! The cupcakes are fresh and made well. They taste real. Not like store bought. The tea is excellent also. Be sure you try an hot herbal tea sometime too. The young woman who served us was so cheerful and accommodating! Highly recommend this place.
The white cupcakes were good 2 yrs ago. Update: However the chocolate and the chocolate raspberry taste weird, are these cupcakes made with tea in them? They are dry with a weird aftertaste. Tossed them. Something has changed here. All of their cupcakes used to be good and the last few times I've been in they hardly had any cupcakes They had a total of four cupcakes when I went in at 2:30! This is a cupcake store!

Yummy cupcake and LOVE that there is boba. The boba in my drink (horchata, would recommend) tasted good and had good texture, but it was clumped up. Keep working on it guys, I’m rooting for you!
