Moses. What can I say? It is very rare these days to find a man more suited to his profession. And even more rare to find a true professional waiter. Moses is both.Owner-hold on to him.Patrons-ask for him and when he offers to make you one of his special off-menu cocktails immediately say yes.
We loved our date night and our server, Moses, was attentive and exceptionally friendly and sociable. It was a terrific night with a great host. Moses made us a Michelada with Sapporo beer and it was the best Michelada I’ve had in my life. It was remarkable. Honestly, the service and the Michelada make me want to go back tomorrow. The sushi and noodles were great too….but the atmosphere and that Michelada!! Bangin’

We stopped by for lunch one day and Moses was our server. I ordered a roll with salmon but Moses only serves the best so he took it upon himself to go all the way to the pacific and was back in 20 minutes with the freshest salmon around. While he was away he went and harvested several spices from the Mediterranean for one of his signature cocktails. Outstanding food, even better service! Thanks again Moses!
