Stopped in this weekend to Grab a dozen bagels and some cream cheese. They were busy as expected on a Saturday. The Staff that assisted us were friendly enough, nothing spectacular but nice.The bagels on the other hand were burnt and crunchy. I have grabbed bagels here a few times and never been blown away. Came in at closing but they still had bagels. Everyone was very helpful. Got a couple of 6 packs to go. They also have sandwiches that sounded good but just came in for bagels to take home. Tried the cinnamon raisin and the onion and both were tasty. So much better than store bought. Definitely be back the next time in Bozeman!

We love Bagelworks' bagels and sandwiches. However, it can take a long time if you order a sandwich from the grill. Workflow seems to need an adjustment, along with a larger, reliable grill.
