Easily my favorite restaurant in Bozeman. I have been eating here for 16 years and have seen it evolve. Every single meal has be excellent. I appreciate their consistency with delicious + quality food, a fun atmosphere and great service, literally every time. When I travel and go out for sushi I’m always a little disappointed because it’s never as good as Dave’s. I would eat here everyday if I had the budget for it. Definitely recommend 11/10!
We are from Ga and have been eating sushi at Dave’s since 2019. This is our favorite sushi restaurant in the west! The sushi is wonderful and the folks who work there are so very nice. The place is clean and the food is extremely fresh. If you have not been to Dave’s, you are missing out on great sushi. After doing some comparisons, I was convinced this is the BEST sushi in town. Everything was perfectly delicious. I was especially impressed by the chief’s sashimi plate and how they used the ingredients to make fish tastes even better. Highly recommended to sit at the bar!
