The customer service was terrible. The server messed up my son’s order and proceeded to argue with us about it. We went with her version of the order, because we didn’t want to have a big argument. She was one of the rudest servers I’ve ever encountered.
Usually love this place but today I’ve had it. The man working shouldn’t even have a job there. Made us feel like a inconvenience to take our order. We spoke clearly to him and he could barely respond.

They were totally sold out on an average Wednesday morning by noon, 2 hours after opening. They had one very small pretzel left and no fresh lemonade. We settled for the pretzel and it wasn't even fully baked, had to throw 3/4 of it away as it was pure dough.
