not a fancy place - mainly a take-away counter with some seats in a colorful and thoughtfully decorated dining area.. (music was WAYYY too LOUD!) that aside - the PIZZA!! Ethereal! As a New York native, the ONLY thing I miss about NY is the pizza - to be able to have perfect NY style foldable slices with the ephemeral thin/chewy crust in a laid-back and low hassle friendly city like Bozeman was heaven.. Wow! By far the BEST I’ve ever had! You can taste the passion! Amazing chefs and amazing service. Ingredients were fresh, top notch, high quality…. It was just the best I’ve ever had. ?????? Thank you all for the experience
I walked in and ordered pizza by the slice. I was totally blown away. Thin, wide slices with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce, great butter taste underneath. I'm just disappointed I don't have a place like this back home. Would definitely stop here again if I'm ever near the area!
