I went in there at a busy time. The drive through way a very long line and many people we’re waiting inside! The manager I believe, was losing her temper. Belittling the cashier at the front who was doing a great job! She was yelling and blaming the chaos on there being too many NEW employees! The only person who was offensive was that lady. She made us very uncomfortable as customers patiently waiting without complaining!
The food was COLD! The fries were bits and pieces! The Soda tasted like Chlorinated swill dipped from the Missouri!The ONLY Reason it gets 2 stars is the kids working were extremely pleasant!

I just got home ready for my burger…..exited as this was my first time at Arby’s.Well the curly fries very good.I am unable to eat the burger, it’s pretty undercooked and tastes funny, like raw meat taste.I want a new burger cooked right…unfortunately I can’t get back there now it’s late and kids need to get to bed.On top of that the receipt was not in the bag, good thing I used debit card.If this can’t be resolved I guess a first time will turn in to last time.
