Paid for my food and went home. Got into comfy clothes and went to eat and some food was not there. I called, and the guy was nice, but they always want to know if you want to come back through and they’ll give us our food. No. I don’t want to go back out in the freezing cold to get the rest of my food! And by the time I get home the original food is cold. I want all my meal hot and fresh at one time. Burgers keep getting smaller and smaller while prices keep going up. One frozen patty from Sam’s club is thicker than 2-3 of their hamburger or cheeseburger patties.Frequently have to go back to have our order fixed.

Getting food here is always a 50/50. The last visit was good but the visit prior was cold nasty fries and burgers thrown together like slop. I don't eat there much anymore because you never know what you will get.
