I ordered the full rack they were overcooked and lacking flavor I was disappointed. However my friend got the pork sandwich and loved it. I would try again but probably not the ribs.
I have been coming here for years, and it never disappoints! Hot brisket, bomb baked beans, and you can’t beat the customer service. Thank you so much for the full tummy’s and smiles after all these years. 10/10

If you need to serve a lot of people for an event, I highly recommend The Rib Shack. Such a wonderful place and wonderful food. We just served 100+ for our wedding rehearsal dinner and there is not a rib left! The brisket is also excellent as are the coleslaw and beans. Our guests kept raving about the food.
