On my last visit, I have to give a shout-out to the service - absolutely great! A particular waitress caught my attention with her shy smile when I complimented her service. It was a charming moment that added to the warm atmosphere.The store itself is clean, and the interior decoration gives off a welcoming vibe with local photos on display. It's these little touches that make Pho 888 stand out as a local gem.As for the pho, it's truly satisfying, although I must admit, there's a slight inconsistency. Depending on the day, it seems they switch cooks, and the freshness of the veggies can vary. There were a couple of occasions when the pho wasn't served piping hot, which is crucial for those raw toppings to reach their perfect state within the broth. However, I noticed an improvement during my last visit, so kudos to the team for constantly trying to better the experience.I will definitely be frequenting Pho 888 more often after the recent improvements. If they can keep up with ensuring the pho is hot every time and the veggies are always fresh, my rating might just nudge up to a full five stars on my next review! “We discovered Pho Ly back in 2017 and over the year’s it’s only affirmed us it’s the best option for pho in the valley. There are other bowls in the region, but this restaurant consistently has the best broth with generous portions of meats and noodles done right + very friendly service. It’s the best pho you’re going to get in Kalispell/Missoula.“
