I'm a foodie and in particular a bagel snob! I'm from the east coast where bagels are a way of life. This place- Bagels on Broadway does it right! Old school boiled bagels that are to die for! Highly recommended!

Try getting a website that lists what bagels and cream cheeses are available. Pretty hard to get a group order together when we don't know what you offer. Get with the times

The last couple times I've bought a pack of cinnamon raisin bagles there has been Blueberry bagels in the bag. Really frustrating.

I can't stand bagels, but I can't stay away from there because they make some glorious 10W-40 coffee for sure....... gotta have it.?

Being from back east, I know how good bagels taste. Their bagels aren't east coast grade. The cream cheese is goopy. The egg is tasteless, bland. There was a micro amount of cheese on the bagel. The breakfast bagel was dry, bland, like eating sawdust in a bag. For $9.50, they had nerve. The food may suck, but the staff was friendly.

Nothing like a poor first impression. Pulled upSunday morning after a hike and not open as advertised; won't waste my time trying to frequent this business again.

Not gluten friendly despite listing gluten free bagels on their menu. Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes in line before learning this. Staff were friendly and made their best efforts to accomodate.

I like their coffee. Bagels are good too. Nice big spot with plenty of tables. New items for sale, like rice crispy treats!

I've been a customer for 25 years. When I moved away I still stop for bagels whenever in town. This last visit was disappointing. It wasnt busy. About 4 people at tables. Two groups of maybe 7 in total appeared to be waiting for orders. A guy ahead of me brought his food back stating the order was wrong. I ordered quick, bagels and cream cheese to go. They were out of one of the flavored cream cheese options. The young man at the til said it would be a little wait but they could mix more up so I said sure. The guy getting my order ready seemed to bounce around a lot but not accomplishing much. Made it seem hectic but the people/room itself was actually pretty chill. He finished getting my order together and noticed there was the one cream cheese missing.. He told me they were out of it and left it at that. I had already paid so I asked for another plain cream cheese in its place. I noticed the area where they make sandwiches was not super kept up, needed a cleaning and looked like it needed a restock of appliances and supplies. The feeling I got when I made it up to the front to order was that they were maybe getting ready to tear some things out and remodel but I don't know if that's the case?? Only the one guy seemed to be making orders but he honestly didn't seem to be making anything. Maybe that's why people are complaining of long wait times. The bagels were still good and the cream cheese was good. I hope things can get back to the way it used to be. I'd hate to see this staple go downhill or have to shut down.

We have been customers of Bagels on Broadway for over a decade, but it seems to have gone downhill now. The experience inside the store is nothing what it used to be, the bagels are different, orders come out wrong, and we will probably not be going here again. We are hopeful that the recent reviews will not go unnoticed and that Bagels on Broadway will return to its former glory.

I'm only giving them 3 stars because I used to kind of like them before they were sold. Now they put a thin layer of cream cheese on bagels and call it a schmear. I'm from New York, and if you can see the bagel through the cc, that is NOT a schmear. The reason for my review today is because we stopped in to get a bagel this morning, and they were closed. There's a sign up on the door saying they are now closed on Sundays because they don't have enough staff. If you have time to make a sign, then you have time to update your website and Google, both of which I checked, and both of which said open Sunday 7:30-3:30. You wasted my time and that of the people who walked up while I was getting in my car, plus others' I'm sure. I no longer support businesses that don't respect their customers' time. Bye.

I have celiacs and this came up when I searched gluten free near me. Unfortunately, though, due to them being short staffed, they don’t currently have gluten free bagels. The staff was very sweet and apologetic about it, but I wasn’t able to eat anything so just wanted to let others know.

Wow. The ONLY good thing about this place are its bagels. Service is awful. They indiscriminately close.Good luck looking forward to something. I can tell you why. Staff is woefully underpaid, and probably relies on tip jar. Meanwhile that isn't a position that should be relying on tips. Its a shame... great location, great bagels/baking process. Terrible operations. I guess when there really isn't any other choice in town, you can get away with it.1:30 on Sunday. 2 pm on sign for hours. Not even a 'sorry closed early " sign.Yea.. blame it all on 'can't find any help'. Cop-out.

Went here for breakfast where my husband and I both got the fiesta bagel with different ingredients inside. It was very tasty. I haven't given them 5 stars because there was a good wait time but the staff was very kind about it.

They microwave everything and they offer Gluten-Free Bagels on their menu even though they literally never have any ready for customers. Every time we go in to ask if they have any ready, they just tell us to come back in a few days to check, and the cycle repeats. I think it’s been about 6 or 7 pointless attempts in a row to get breakfast here, at this point.Great if you like microwaved bagels, though.
