I came here and honestly, had an anxiety attack. Which really never happens. It is extremely loud, I could not hear anyone because of the music and people talking so I could hardly talk to the employees. I ended up not finishing my order and took one bit and fed it to my dog. Crazy waste of money. Not good food, burrito fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The tortilla was soggy. The chicken was bland. I will never be back here.

The Missoula Montana Cafe Rio is the absolute worst place to dine. They consistently mess up orders, the rice and chips are chronically undercooked and their salad greens are consistently brown and slimy. Do not waste your time and money here.

Cafe rio IS my favorite place to eat. But sadly, it’s gone down hill. I want to cry. DISGUSTING kitchen, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and the drink machine is nasty. A homeless man came into the store, and shat on the floor, while I was drinking my Horchata. ANDDDD, the staff did nothing about it, but record and make fun of me. Terrible service. I hope you all get fired!!

Needs a major overhaul, this had to be the dirtiest place I've eaten at in years. The ice dispensers were gross, there were no napkins, the floors were caked in filth and the tables hadn't been wiped. The front doors were filthy (couldn't even see through them). The food prep area wasn't terrible, or else I would have reported this to the city. The food was ok and the person behind the counter making the tortillas was so sweet and fun with my kid that it the only reason this is a two instead of a one star for us. We won't be going back.

Food was very good. Ordered the quesadilla with beef (I think). There was a line, but it was quick. First time eating here.The only thing was the place was kind of messy. Stuff on the floor and tables were a little dirty. Crumbs and such. Other than that, like I said, food was good. Most main items were $11.00.

I have never been to a Cafe Rio where they shred the lettuce like this one. It made everything in the salad mix so much better. It was increadibly delicious!! I wish my local Cafe Rio made salads like this!

We had 3 drinks when placed our on line order and only received 2. The quesadillas hardly any cheese and the meat was all in one slice of the quesadilla. They were not cut all the way through which makes it difficult to eat a to go order.
