I ordered an Italian soda and I was not impressed. Probably the easiest thing to put together but it was flavorless and colorless. They don’t measure their flavoring so it’s hit or miss if they put enough in to make the sparkling water taste like something other than water. I couldn’t tell what I was drinking it was so bland and their selection of syrups is small and boring. The least they could do is put some of what they do have in the cup. I’ll hit the drinking fountain next time and probably won’t be able to tell the difference between that and what I ordered at Dolce.

9-9-21 My husband and I just had lunch at Cafe Dolce at the mall. What a change from what it used to be. I realize that Covid 19 has suppressed the once busy eatery, but really. It is not inviting with tables blocking the entrance, darkened lighting, and scant amount of tables and chairs. We ordered our usual Chop Chop salad and that was very good, as was the potato/parmesan soup. No water available other than a purchase?? No salt and pepper. What gives with that? Please spend some time observing what your customers see and hopefully improve the overall experience. Good luck... Carol J

I feel like I’m being generous with this, because the Ham and Cheese was good. The employees both forgot to put in my order for my drink. My boyfriend and I are out of town and needed to get on the road quickly, as we had a long drive ahead of us. We waited 40+ minutes for two drinks and two sandwiches. When the barista asked if I was waiting for anything, and I told her, she said she would make my drink right away, and made someone else’s drink first. Frustrating

Best coffee I've had in MissoulaEdit: Wow, gotta take 2 stars back. The employee seemed a bit salty from the get go. They made my order wrong, then reluctantly remade it wrong again. I know times are tough but maybe it's time to lose the masks, it's making people at least appear aloof. Also, these coffee places around town are becoming too expectant on tips. Gratuity is a reward for good service, not an incentive; certainly not a requirement. Management should implement a different system so customers can feel welcome to give tips, not obligated.

Great coffee and great customer service!! I wanted a mocha. However, being vegan, I asked if their chocolate had milk and the barista kindly informed me they make their mocha mix and there is milk in it. ? Grateful for the information and kindness! I ordered a delicious latte.
